• At the end of the exercise, we will debrief as a group immediately – you and your team, and us as facilitators.
• We will then sit down with you, and together we will use the information gathered to prepare your first draft contingency plan.
• You will have a plan which has real integrity, which works, and which has already been exercised.  Most important, it is a plan, which has been in your ownership from the beginning.

That is the TEEMS™ methodology.  Over the last 18-months we have introduced TEEMS™ to more and more of our clients, to great effect.

The normal amount of time for completing a TEEMS™-generated contingency plan is three to four weeks.  In actual fact the fastest such plan took just three days from scratch (production of that particular plan was itself an emergency, in order to fulfil part of the due diligence in an acquisition).
