The Business Continuity Behaviour Model
There are as many different ways to approach business continuity as there are people who practice it. Several approaches exist, such as ten guidelines defined by the BCI and DRII; the National Fire Protection Association’s NFPA 1600; and the UK’s Publicly Available Specification No. 56 (PAS 56). In this, the first of a three-part series, we learn about the Business Continuity Behaviour Model. It’s an intriguing view of the daily activities BC professionals perform.
